Company AVS Plus, Ltd. provides full scope contract guarantee for operational costs of new heat source..
Guarantee means that until complete pay-off of boiler house investment price (usually six years):
All boiler house operational costs, including spare parts costs, will be included into agreed monthly installment and will not be changed
Media consumption for boiler house will not exceed amount, calculated in advance and agreed upon; in case that this would happen, media price for „over consumption“ will be paid by company AVS Plus, Ltd.
In case of new source, using biomass as fuel, AVS Plus, Ltd. provides also delivery of needed fuel from own production.
